Webinar requests must be made at least one month prior to the proposed webinar date to allow sufficent time for webinar creation, marketing and execution. Submitted webinar requests that do not provide at least one month lead time will automatically be denied.

Please note that this is simply a request form; your webinar is NOT scheduled until you are advised by the events team that your proposed webinar has been accepted via e-mail. Please allow at least one week for review before contacting the events team regarding webinar acceptance status. We thank you for your cooperation.

Thanks for visiting the ACORD Connect 2018 Speaker Application. We appreciate your interest in participating in ACORD Connect 2018 and look forward to reviewing your proposal.

ACORD Connect 2018 offers a lot of information over just a few days, therefore, slots are limited and only the strongest proposals will make it on to the program. We will begin alerting submitters of their proposal status in Spring 2018. Acceptance determinations will be communicated to the original submitter via e-mail.

The following screens will guide you through the submission process. Before you start we highly recommend that you review the Speaker FAQ. This will make your process easier and ensure that your proposal meets this year's requirements.

As you navigate through the application please be sure to complete all fields to ensure proper consideration. Information provided should be in "print ready" format. We will need all of the information requested in order to consider your submission.

The ACORD InsurTech Innovation Challenge i
s open to organizations and individuals. Candidates must present a well‚Äźdefined concept for a product or service, which demonstrates the potential to disrupt traditional approaches to insurance and transforms the way we think about the industry. Multiple Semi-Finalists winners will be selected.

In 2015, we started an innovation conversation in the insurance industry. Now you can help us keep the momentum going.

The 2018 ACORD InsurTech Innovation Challenge will take place in New York, Chicago, and London. In this form, you will have the option to select your preferred city's Semi-Final location. Please note that while we will do our best to adhere to your preference, we may accept your application for another Semi-Final location. 

The winning Finalists will be selected from each region and will pitch live at the ACORD Connect 2018 conference in New Orleans October 10-11th. 

Please be sure you have read the official Criteria Document and complete ACORD InsurTech Innovation Challenge Rules. You will need to sign the AIIC Rules and Regulations and upload the signed document in the next section. If you need to review those documents again, please visit the AIIC website and navigate to the criteria page.
